Each contestant must complete and sign a Rodeo Corpus Christi Release of Liability, Indemnity and Background Check Agreement and present it to the Rodeo Secretary prior to her first competition.  Each contestant will be furnished with a Rodeo Corpus Christi back number, which must be worn or displayed in its entirety at all times when in the Competition Arena. Only actual contestant and one companion allowed gate access. PRCA/WPRA members who are not entered will not be given free admission, nor may they enter any area restricted only to contestants without proper credentials. No family members (including children), guests, escorts, etc. will be allowed in chute or Arena areas. No dogs will be allowed on the grounds, with the exception of contract acts. Contestants must enter facilities via Chaparral St., North of IH 37. Turn left on to Chaparral from IH 37 South. Go 4 blocks to Fitzgerald. Contestant lot I on the left. Appearances, Press and Media: Contestants agree to be available to Rodeo Corpus Christi staff for media interviews during the days/evenings that they are participating in a performance. Contestant gates are located through the east gate off Exhibition Drive - allowing contestants' access behind the arena. Performance Order of events will be: Grand Entry/Opening, Wild Pony Race, Bareback, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc, Tie Down Roping, Jr. Steer Riding, Intermission, Ladies Barrels, Team Roping, Bull Riding. Please be advised the Grand Entry will start 10 minutes prior to the perf time. Any disrespect toward the Rodeo Committee, volunteers, CRE Staff or agents, (by CPRA Members & Families) will NOT be tolerated and you will be removed from the rodeo grounds whether the incident had occurred before/during or after your event - ZERO TOLERANCE Policy is in place and will be strictly enforced by Pro Rodeo Officials. Any card holders (with the exception of Hall of Fame and CPRA Gold Card Members) wanting a companion ticket MUST enter through contestants door - no companion tickets will be issued at the main doors and you will be turned away and directed to the contestants door. Whether your companion wants a seating ticket or not, they still must be checked in through security at the back door. Companion rule applies regardless of seating ticket or not. As per CPRA rules only 1 companion allowed with contestant at the door and a companion pass must be produced. Please be advised that if a contestant arrives with his spouse and children (immediate family - not extended family)-they will be admitted-the above rules applies when contestants arrive with an entourage (not immediate family).Contestants a/o companions requesting a seat ticket will be allocated seating to SECTION H only. All seats are assigned to Section H Only.(meaning Section H, Row # ___, Seat # ____.) So in order to sit-you must have a ticket issued to you by security at the contestants' door. There are no exceptions to this rule. The only alternative will be to purchase a full price ticket at the main door. Our security/ushers will be checking tickets in order to comply with this rule. Venue Policy: Children who have not celebrated their 2nd birthday will be allowed in free (must sit on an adults lap) everyone else must have/purchase tickets. Contestants children must enter through the contestant doors to receive free entry to the rodeo. Please be advised - contestants/companions-standing room is limited within the building. You will be asked to move away from certain areas (eg., stairwells, announcer stand, handicapped platform, gates, etc.) or not to block the flow of people. We ask for your cooperation in this regard. Order of Events for Qualifying/Slack: SW, TR, TDR GBR.  No stalls are available. Contestants are to park in the Contestant parking area located at intersection of Chaparral and Fitzgerald Streets. Stalls are available for rent at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robstown, contact Fairgrounds at 361-387-9000. Contestants with animals must check in with the Rodeo Secretary and present the following to be admitted entrance:  Texas Animal Health Commission:  The following guidelines are established in compliance with the Texas Animal Health Commission Regulations governing admission of livestock into fairs and exhibitions and additional rules imposed by Rodeo Austin to ensure the health and well-being of animals exhibited at the Show. Equine may enter Texas for shows when accompanied by a valid equine interstate passport, equine go pass or equine identification card AND a completed VS Form 10-11 showing negative results to an official EIA test within the previous six (6) months or a certificate of veterinary inspection and a completed VS Form 10-11 showing negative results to an official EIA test within the past 12 months. The veterinary certificate of inspection will be accepted as valid for 45 days for equine and 30 days for all other species. Equine originating in a tick quarantined area must be accompanied by a certificate issued by an authorized representative of the Texas Animal Health Commission certifying the equine are free from infestation and exposure to fever ticks and have bee dipped or treated under supervision in an approved dipping solution or treatment immediately prior to shipping. Contestants must abide by Rodeo Corpus Christi regulation for entry and exit with animals. Individuals who violate animal entry policies will be subject to immediate ejection from the premises. If a time event animal escapes the confines of the Arena when the contestant is still eligible to compete, the flag will be dropped and contestant must take the next extra in the draw.  There will be no preparation, re-work or raking during the competition. Judges scores/times are official. Each contestant must complete and sign a Rodeo Corpus Christi Release of Liability, Indemnity and Background Check Agreement and present it to the Rodeo Secretary prior to her first competition.  Each contestant will be furnished with a Rodeo Corpus Christi back number, which must be worn or displayed in its entirety at all times when in the Competition Arena. If a contestant has an existing patch sponsorship involving the cantle/yoke of the shirt, then the contestant may wear the back number immediately below the existing cantle/yoke patch. If a contestant elects to wear a protective vest or jacket then the contestant must wear the back number in the same location on the vest or jacket. In accordance with PRCA Bylaws (B15.1.9), this is to notify that Rodeo Corpus Christi will only admit contestant who are entered in the competition to all facilities at no charge. PRCA/WPRS members who are not entered will not be given free admission, nor may they enter any area restricted only to contestants without proper Rodeo Corpus Christi. No family members (including children), guests, escorts, etc. will be allowed in chute or Arena areas. No dogs will be allowed on the grounds, with the exception of contract acts. Contestants must enter facilities via Chaparral St., North of IH 37. Turn left on to Chaparral from IH 37 South. Go 4 blocks to Fitzgerald. Contestant lot i on the left. Appearances, Press and Media: Contestants agree to be available to Rodeo Corpus Christi staff for media interviews during the days/evenings that they are participating in a performance. The highest scoring contestant(s) in each even, of each performance, are asked to participate in a minimum one-hour autograph session following each performance.
