• 2010 - Finished the year with $12,450; won the average title in the California Circuit Finals and qualified for the Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo.
• 2006 - Won the Woodlake (Calif.) Lions PRCA Rodeo and the Lakeside (Calif.) Rodeo.
• 2005 - Finished as world champion runner-up at first Wrangler NFR. Won the eighth round in a time of 13.95 seconds and placed in four other rounds. Won $158,570; won the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour round at the Pendleton (Ore.) Round-Up, the Santa Barbara (Calif.) Old Spanish Days Stock Horse Show & Rodeo, the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour and average titles at the Greeley (Colo). Independence Stampede, the average title at the Reno (Nev.) Husband, Joe (general engineer contractor); sons, John Walker and Billy Vick; daughters, Tammy Vick and Becky Jensen…Learned to barrel race by attending a barrel racing clinic and the rest she says was trial and error. Her father Julian Smith got her interested in rodeo through his work of putting on rodeos…Trains barrel horses when not competing…Father, Julian, and mother, Lois Smith used to own a riding stable in the shadows of the famous Hollywood sign. She says that is why she had to buy the horse nicknamed Hollywood sight unseen which carried her to the Wrangler NFR in 2005…Didn't really start rodeoing until her kids were in junior rodeo and then she fell in love with the sport, qualifying for the IPRA Finals in 1982…Favorite food is Mexican food, favorite type of music is country, favorite TV show is Grey's Anatomy, favorite movie is Secretariat or Seabiscuit, favorite rodeos are Salinas and San Francisco, and favorite restaurant is Olive Garden. Enjoys playing cards while on the road and watching football with her husband.
