Trades must be completed one (1) hour after first go-round ends and Before the beginning of second go-round. Random competition draw for perfs will be held after trades are closed. Barrel racer may choose to set her run up as allowed in the 2013 WPRA rule book, even if the pattern is centered to gate. Barrel racers may be asked to mingle with VIP's in Rodeo Sky Box and sign autographs. Open practice on Thursday after then men's 10am slack. The practice will not be before 2pm. Weather Permitting.

Top 24 (plus splits) based on the fastest time from the first go-round, will advance to a progressive go-round held during the first and second performance. Slowest to fastest; random draw in each performance. Top 12 in average will advance to the finals held during the third performance (Random Draw). If splits/ties result in the final round, refer to WPRA Rule 10.3.5.5 for clarification. We drag after 12. We will not drag during the perf if more than 12 due of splits. Prize money will not count toward CA Circuit 2013 Finals money, points or rodeo count. The 30-hour replacement policy will be in effect. Trades between first and second performance must be made with in one hour at the end of first go round run during slack. Entries fees per the rule book- $295 + procom fees. All contestants will enter arena through the center gate on the west end of the arena directly south of the timed event chute and exit through the gate on the northwest corner of the arena. Contestants must adhere to parking regulations. No horses will be tied to any chain link fence. Tie in specified arenas only. Contestants are asked to join the Clovis Rodeo Committee with their Special Rodeo on Sunday at 12:45 pm in arena.
