Condolences to Jolee Lautaret Jordan and the Lautaret Family
12/23/2022-Condolences to Jolee Lautaret Jordan and the Lautaret Family on the recent passing of Dolli. Dolli lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dolli and Jolee have been a WPRA staple for years with Dolli joining the Association in 1978. Dolli competed in barrel racing as well as roping, winning the WPRA Team Roping heeling world title in 2007.
Dolli became interested in rodeo through her husband, Darrell. In March of this year, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Dolli was born Nov. 24, 1950 in Middlesboro, Kentucky, and later graduated high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as her father, Joe Bosworth was an Air Force pilot. Darrell and Dolli’s daughter, Jolee was born in Colorado Springs but later the family moved to Kingman, Arizona, where they have resided for numerous years.
The family is planning a celebration of life sometime after the first of the year. We will post more details on that as they become available.
