All contestants with horses - Out of state origin horses must have current Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and a negative Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) test result within the last twelve months. Wyoming origin horses must have current certificate of veterinary inspection. All contestants with dogs must have current certificate of rabies vaccination issued within the last twelve months. Dogs are to be confined to vehicle or trailer area. Committee requests: Only actual contestant and one companion allowed gate access. Contestant entry to grounds will be through the gate 2 entrance; Cowboy Drive off of Brownfield. Contestants must exit arena after competing.
