Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 15, 2026
By opting in to receive SMS and MMS messages from the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (“WPRA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Program Description
WPRA may send SMS and MMS messages to members, contestants, event participants, and other individuals who have opted in to receive communications from us.
Messages may include:
- Membership notifications and updates
- Event announcements and reminders
- Registration and account-related information
- Customer support communications
- Association news and important updates
- Other information related to WPRA programs and services
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Completing an online form and providing consent
- Registering for services, events, or programs that include SMS communications
- Providing your phone number and requesting SMS communications from WPRA
By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from WPRA.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your membership status, event participation, account activity, and interactions with WPRA.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from WPRA unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
SMS and MMS services are available on participating U.S. mobile carriers. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through SMS communications is subject to our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and service providers necessary to deliver SMS communications.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Notify WPRA if your mobile number changes
- Use SMS services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Changes to Terms
WPRA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
