Original and a copy of the certificate of veterinary inspection issued within 30 days of March 21 or after the Midwest Horse Fair & Rodeo if you are coming from a state other than WI or MN. If the above paperwork is not provided, the animal will not be allowed on the grounds and the contestant will not participate. Committee Requests: All contestants enter grounds through Olin Avenue gate. Contestants and horses not allowed in the warm up arena by Coliseum gate until 7:30pm.
