All events will pay four places in go-rounds and average. $0 Stock Charge. All contestants must check in with secretary by 2pm on November 13th to receive the packet and back number. Late check-in fine will be $100. Contestants must have photo taken by Friday, November 13th by 2pm. After deadline $25 fine. Cowgirl attire required. There will be a separate parking area for Southeastern Circuit Contestants, Stock Contractors, and Personnel. Each Contestant, Stock Contractors, and Contract Personnel will receive one parking pass. Additional parking passes will not be available. Trailer parking is limited. You will be provided a 24'x50' parking space. Contestants must check in with the parking attendant prior to parking and setting your trailer. If you come in after hours, you must check in with parking attendant the following morning. If you are parked in a space not specified by the parking attendant, you will be asked to move. For all illegally parked trailers the Southeastern Circuit will issue a fine, and you will be responsible to the Southeastern Circuit for the fine. Each contestant will receive one companion pass. WPRA membership cards/companion passes will not be accepted for admittance. Contestants needing additional tickets will need to purchase them from the arena box office or online ticket sales.
